Annual Special Assistance
Do you prepare your own 1099’s? Are you familiar with the rules this year – did they change? Workers Compensation audits. Business Personal Property returns and audits. There are so many “little” things that can be time consuming and confusing. If you find yourself having to re-learn how to do annual tasks, we can help. We perform these services on a regular basis so we’re more efficient in getting them done.
Tax Planning and Tax Returns
Hope is not a business strategy – especially when it comes to tax. We approach tax requirements with a critical eye and a thoughtful plan. In order to give you the best possible advice and the best possible tax planning, we need to be in touch on a regular basis, not just once per year after everything is said and done. We want to help you make informed decisions throughout the year so that you take advantage of tax strategy to lessen your tax burden and enjoy more of the fruits of your labor rather than turning it over to Uncle Sam.
Payroll
We can assist with your payroll needs. We can provide all payroll services for you OR we can set you up with Gusto (our preferred payroll provider) to allow you to run payroll yourself. Either way, all payroll filings, tax deposits and payroll deposits will be performed by Gusto Payroll.
PERSONAL SERVICES
Sometimes the business of life is a headache. It doesn’t have to be.
We will maintain a financial authorization that will allow us to speak with banks, attorneys, etc. on your behalf to gather information needed. We will also keep a tax information authorization on file so that we may pull any tax records needed or speak with the IRS regarding any questions on your tax return.
We will not maintain a medical power of attorney, nor will we actively manage your investments or affairs. Our job is not to make your decisions, but to make sure you (and/or your personal representative) make informed decisions.
Our base price for services will be:
- Individual Economy Plan – bank and investment account reconciliation, tax planning and support: Starting at $199/month
- Individual Personal Accountant Plan – Economy Plan + check writing: Starting at $425/month

Add-Ons to Any Plan:
Identity Protection
If you do not already have an identity protection plan, we will include one in your package so that we can monitor your credit score as well as get updates if any account should be opened under your name. In this way, we will be able to stop any unauthorized activity in short order. This is required to be on any of our plans. Cost: $10-25/month depending on coverage chosen.
Online Bookkeeping
We will keep your books on Quickbooks Desktop and will provide a check register for you each month (if we do not write checks for you) or each check run (if we write your checks). If you would prefer an online system so that you, your children or other representative can see your finances in real-time, we will keep your books on the online system of your choice, cost to be determined based on software and subject to change as the software cost changes.
Scanning
Historical information and converting to electronic format pricing will be dependent on the volume of material involved.
Household Payroll
Pricing for this service depends on how many employees or contractors are involved.
